Careful verification of every asset on our platform ensures that only superior quality and highly valuable options are made available to users, thus guaranteeing a unique and exclusive collecting experience.

Furthermore, we want to offer total transparency to users. For this reason, it is possible to access detailed information about the professionals who have approved the publication of each asset directly within the section dedicated to that particular object in our app.

After passing the appraisal phase by our experts, carefully selected assets are made available for a limited period, between 30 and 60 days, exclusively in the 'New Assets' section of the Collecto app.

Here, you have the opportunity to select the assets of your interest and purchase a share from the current owner in co-ownership with other passionate collectors. Each share is represented by a digital certificate on the F-NFT blockchain, immediately accessible in your virtual collection.

In case not all fractions of the asset are sold within the established period, the already assigned shares will be withdrawn, and all users will receive an instant refund through the original payment method, for example, via credit card credit.

This exclusive time window and the opportunity to own part of selected works make the experience on Collecto unique, offering a combination of authenticity, exclusivity, and sharing among collecting enthusiasts.

Once all shares are sold, we take custody of the asset on behalf of the co-owners and transfer it to a specialized security vault for each vertical (Watches, Wine, Art).

For additional peace of mind, we insure the entire value of the item. Every detail regarding transport, custody, and insurance contracts is recorded in 'smart contracts' and made accessible to all co-owners. This ensures total transparency in processes, absolute legal compliance, and prevents any form of abuse.

On Collecto, you have the power to manage your shares of your collection flexibly and independently through the 'Marketplace' section.

You can set the selling price for each share you own and, with a simple touch, put it up for sale directly through the app. Once another user purchases your share, the amount is instantly credited to your virtual collection. From there, you are free to decide whether to transfer it to your bank account or use it to purchase new collecting opportunities.

The beauty of this system lies in your complete freedom and flexibility. There is no rush, no time limit within which to sell your shares. The management of your assets is at the heart of our philosophy, offering you total control over your collecting experience.

And the best part? The same mechanism also applies to the purchase of shares of assets that have previously been loaded onto the platform. Explore, negotiate, and grow your collection smoothly and conveniently, all within Collecto.

But that's not all. Your treasures will also have the opportunity to shine in exhibitions, fairs, and events, as they can be loaned to prestigious museums. The use of your assets in exhibitions and catalogs not only offers an exceptional opportunity to increase their value but also contributes to consolidating their notoriety in the collecting world. The co-owners are the masters of the object and as such, they freely dispose of it.

To guarantee each co-owner the liquidity of their shares, we associate each asset with a predetermined 'duration,' varying from 1 to 4 years (indicated at the time of the initial asset proposal).

Periodically, upon reaching this deadline, the owners have the opportunity to liquidate their shares, even without unanimity, by selling the physical asset on the real market. This process offers the necessary flexibility to adapt one's collection to personal needs.

Of course, to satisfy users who intend to keep their shares beyond the deadline and renew the asset's duration, the shares of users who want to exit will first be offered on the in-app marketplace. If it is not possible to sell these shares, the actual sale of the asset at the best possible price at that time will proceed.
